Project Summary
The One development is a multi purpose project comprising super deluxe hotel, branded residencies and high end retails, located at the centre of the commercial capital of Sri Lanka.
The project comprises of three super high rise towers, a 15 floor podium and a 3 floor basement. Tower A and B contains hotel and residence with total heights of 313m and 282.5m respectively.
Tower C contains residence and office with total height of 355.7m, making the tallest building in Sri Lanka upon the completion of the project.
